Fiddleworks creates unique, high quality music books and CD's for learning and pleasure. Our catalogue includes "Fiddleworks volumes 1, 2 & 3" (published by Frederick Harris Music), a progressive series of books/CD's which include an interesting and varied assortment of fiddle music from all over the globe. The repertoire, which also includes several twin fiddle parts, borrows from various fiddle traditions including Celtic, Old Time, Eastern European, French Canadian and Metis plus original pieces and arrangements by Canadian composers Zav RT, Gordon Stobbe, Oliver Schroer, Ken Hall, Carolyn Hatch, Calvin Cairns and Erynn Marshall. The music is played on the CD at slow (for easy learning by ear!) and fast tempos, and includes a piano only accompaniment track (by Adrian Dolan) to play along with. These books and CDs are excellent for fiddlers who are teaching themselves or looking, or teachers looking for an excellent product to incorporate into their teaching program. We also have books & CD's of the original music of West Coast fiddler & violist Jaime RT (now Zav RT), as played on her two award nominated albums "Reach" and "Spark", including all the multi-instrument and twin fiddle arrangements.
