Bursaries and Work Trade

We  want everyone who wants to be at fiddle camp to have that opportunity, without any barriers.  If you are unable to pay the registration fees for fiddle camp, you are welcome to apply for a bursary or work trade position.

Bursaries are given to low-income students, with priority given to family members of a full time registrant.  Bursaries cover 25%  to 75% of the camp fees and must be applied for by June 1st, BEFORE fiddle camp starts.

Work Trades are where you or a family member (ie. your Mom or Dad) works 1-4 hours a day at camp in exchange for tuition.  Work trade jobs include helping with the snack shack, the store, in the kitchen, serving food, setting up/taking down equipment, garbage, recycling, postering, concert ushers, bathroom duties, photography, floor fairies, photocopy experts, drivers, schleppers and you never know what else!  There are a limited number of work trade positions, which will be posted here soon.
