Our 11th Annual Salt Spring Fiddle Camps July 19-23 and August 16-20 2010 are for all ages, and a lot more than just fiddle! All abilities from first time to advanced players are warmly invited--Violin, viola, cello, piano, guitar, mandolin, voice, percussion, banjo, whistle, composers, dancers, artists and dreamers are all welcome! Both camps kick off with an Instructors Showcase Concert at ArtSpring Theatre the Sunday before camp starts. The July camp features Acadian, East Coast, Irish, Quebecois and new Canadian music plus some great classes including dance, keyboard, mandolin, guitar, voice, art, yoga, fiddle technique, composing, pennywhistle, band class and the psychology of learning music.
